Navigator 73.17 EXTREME was born to follow the evolution of a market in continuous expansion, fixing a new technical state of art able to simplify the service job on extremely heavy tires (up to 3000Kg weight).
Navigator 73.17 EXTREME has a new chucking system able to clamp rims from 11” to 50” inch without any need of extensions (reaching 60” inch with extensions). This new XL mandrel allows to work easily even on particularly large tires, being able to catch also rim flanges with an extreme offset at almost 1 meter distance from the clamping carriage.
Navigator 73.17 EXTREME which provides double rotation speed and full automatic movements of carriages and tool arm, is able to work on 2700mm tire diameters and 1750mm rim widths, becoming the ideal mounting machine for extreme combinations.
